Antoinette Zel

CEO & co-Founder at The Story Room

Antoinette Zel is the CEO and co-founder of The Story Room, a strategic consulting agency that represents artists in creative fields of music, film, art and interior design. Prior to their current role, Zel served as the Chief Integration Officer at rbb Communications from August 2020 to December 2021.

Before their time at rbb Communications, Zel was the Executive Producer for the Winston Family Foundation from July 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of El Rey Network from March 2012 to March 2015, and the Senior EVP of NBCUniversal Media, LLC from September 2004 to August 2008.

Zel has also been heavily involved with Pace Center for Girls Miami, Young Musicians Unite, and The Story Room. Antoinette served as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Pace Center for Girls Miami from January 2015 to June 2019, and as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of Marketing Committee for Young Musicians Unite from January 2015 to December 2020.

Antoinette Zel received a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School in the field of Entertainment, Media, and Intellectual Property. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on English and Women's Studies from Tufts University.
