Michelle Bailey-Mesler

Michelle Bailey-Mesler is an experienced talent acquisition and development manager currently at The Stow Company since April 2021. With a background in technical recruiting and search consulting at Genoa Employment Solutions and Global Recruiters of Holland, respectively, Michelle focuses on transforming small and mid-sized companies by enhancing their talent acquisition strategies. Prior roles include account management at OnSite Wellness, LLC, and extensive leadership positions at Tri-Cities Family YMCA, where Michelle served as CEO. Academically, Michelle holds a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from Ball State University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Fitness and Rehabilitative Programming from Central Michigan University.
