Phil Dolci has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Phil served as the CEO for The Stow Company from 2016. Before that, they were the CEO of Crosman Corp. from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of President/CEO at Jarden Branded Consumables from 2008 to 2011. Phil was also the President of U.S. Playing Card Company, a division of Jarden, from 2007 to 2008. Phil Dolci has also worked as a Vice President/General Manager at Sanford Corporation, a division of Newell Rubbermaid, from 2003 to 2007, and as a Brand Director at Con Agra from 2002 to 2003. Phil began their career as a Director at Dean Foods from 1997 to 2001, and also gained experience in Brand Management at Kraft Foods from 1990 to 1997.
Phil Dolci completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Chicago from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2002-2003. The field of study for their MBA is not specified.
