Thomas Waite

Thomas Waite is an experienced Quality Manager with a strong track record in fostering a culture of quality across various organizations. Currently at The Stow Company since July 2019, Thomas focuses on providing efficient storage solutions. Prior roles include Quality Manager at Advanced Fabricating Technology, LLC, where the emphasis was on creating a quality-focused manufacturing culture, and at Bodycote - Specialty Region and Specialty Heat Treating, Inc., where Thomas led initiatives to achieve first-time correct processing and high-quality performance. Additionally, Thomas served as a Quality Systems Administrator at NACO, Inc., and demonstrated leadership as an NCO in the United States Marine Corps. Education includes training from the United States Marine Corps, Dale Carnegie, and FSU/GRCC.
