Kevin Keegan

Kevin leads the legal function at TSG as well as supporting the development of the company’s overall strategic planning. He has over 25 years of experience advising companies in areas such as strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, international distribution, compliance, labor and employment, antitrust, construction, real estate, environmental, intellectual property, corporate law, and litigation management.

Prior to joining TSG, Kevin was the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Piper Aircraft Corporation, a global leader in general aviation located in Vero Beach, Florida. Prior to Piper, he served as the Vice President of Legal and Corporate Development at Fiskars Brands where he managed the legal function and helped shape the global strategic development of this Finland based consumer products company. Prior to Fiskars Brands, he held positions with London based Invensys, plc and Specialty Foods Corporation-Metz Baking in Chicago. Kevin began his legal career in Omaha with the McGill law firm.

Kevin earned his Accounting degree from Creighton University and his Law degree from the University of Notre Dame. He is married, has two grown children, and enjoys golfing and traveling in his spare time.
