Mark Hartmann has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mark began their career as a consultant at Bain & Company in 2006 before transitioning to Goldman Sachs as an Equity Trader in 2007. In 2009, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Senior Consultant and stayed with the company until 2011.

In 2011, Mark became a Management Team & Venture Partner at Project A Ventures. Mark then co-founded Contorion in 2013, where they served as the 1st Managing Director and Shareholder. Mark left Contorion in 2015.
