Habiba Hopson is a Senior Curatorial Assistant at Studio Museum in Harlem, having begun this role in November 2021 after serving as Curatorial Assistant for the Permanent Collection. Prior experience includes an internship at Cultural Counsel in arts and culture public relations, and a position as an Incoming Fulbright English Teaching Assistant, which was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Habiba holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Spanish from Occidental College.
