Ashish Barot possesses extensive experience in fresh food operations and management, currently serving as the Fresh Food Operations Manager at The Sultan Center since November 2023. Previously, Ashish held the role of Operations Manager for Fresh and Perishables at City Centre Kuwait from April 2017 to December 2023. Prior to that, Ashish was the Head of Operations at Golden Spoon Group from May 2015 to April 2017 and served as the Regional Fresh Food Manager - Retail at Lulu Hypermarkets from January 2006 to April 2015. Educationally, Ashish earned an Associate’s Degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Sophia Polytechnic and completed HSC in Commerce at Hinduja College of Commerce. The educational journey began at Barretto High School, where Ashish achieved SSC.
