Firas Hamdan has extensive experience in the retail industry, particularly with The Sultan Center. Firas started their career in 1998 as a Category Manager, where they successfully increased sales and gross profit in the Dairy and Frozen food departments. In 2013, they were promoted to Commercial Director, handling FMCG, fresh food, and nonfood departments and successfully increasing sales and commercial margins. Most recently, Firas served as the Commercial and Operation Director, managing a team and further improving commercial margins. Firas Hamdan graduated with a BS degree in marketing from the Lebanese American University in 1996. Prior to that, they completed their GCCE at the International School of Chouiefat / England in 1991.
