Susan Scanlon

Susan Scanlon, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Talent Manager at The Summit Federal Credit Union, a position held since January 2017, after previously working as a Talent Acquisition Representative. Prior to this role, Susan gained significant retail experience at JCPenney from October 2008 to January 2017, progressing through various leadership positions including Sephora Beauty Manager, Service Leader, and Sales Manager. During this tenure, Susan consistently drove exceptional sales performance, surpassing sales plans for over 24 consecutive months. Earlier in Susan's career, a role as a Designer for The Keukonian at Keuka College was held in 2007-2008. Susan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Keuka College.
