Jeff Hamilton

Jeff Hamilton has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Jeff started their career at Hunter Contracting Co. in 1998, where they held various positions including Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager. In 2004, they were responsible for estimating and project management for private projects in the Phoenix/Metro area.

In 2005, Jeff became Vice President and Minority Owner at Sunshine Concrete & Materials (SunCon), where they participated in the acquisition of a sand and gravel/Ready-Mix supplier.

Jeff then returned to Hunter Contracting Co. in 2008 as the Preconstruction Manager for the Phoenix Highway Group, overseeing design phase contract services for alternative delivery method projects.

In 2013, Jeff joined Sundt Construction as a Preconstruction Project Manager, managing various construction projects totaling over $800M. Jeff later served as the Project Director & Preconstruction Services and Vice President - Transportation Group, SW Region Business Dev Mgr, where they were responsible for identifying and acquiring transportation and critical infrastructure work within the Southwest Region. Jeff managed a team of directors and representatives and supported business development efforts in other regions as well.

Jeff Hamilton received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and Business Administration from Northern Arizona University, which they attended from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Jeff has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include the Value Methodology Associate (VMA) certification from Save International in May 2019, Preconstruction Services Training from the Alliance for Construction Excellence in March 2010, Alternative Project Delivery Methods - Construction Manager at Risk certification from the Alliance for Construction Excellence in April 2008, and Alternative Project Delivery Methods for Public Works Construction certification from the Alliance for Construction Excellence in November 2007.
