Steve Bradford possesses extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Group President at Sundt Construction since April 2007, where previous roles included Senior Vice President, District Manager, and Vice President - Preconstruction Manager. Responsibilities at Sundt encompass managing the preconstruction process for both negotiated and bid projects, ensuring accurate pricing and budget adherence while maintaining strong client relationships. Steve's background in estimating spans several roles, focusing on bids and proposals for industrial projects, particularly in mechanical estimating. Prior to Sundt, internships at Morley Builders and Wespac Construction provided foundational experience in project support and general labor. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management from Northern Arizona University.
