Molly Bridges is an accomplished events operations and partnerships leader with extensive experience managing high-profile events and fostering community engagement. Currently serving as the Events Operations & Partnerships Lead at Marco Experiences since March 2023, Molly oversees B2B retreats and leads a team of five event planners while optimizing operational workflows. In prior roles, Molly has contributed significantly to organizations such as The Supper Club, Fractal Software, SoFi, and Springboard, driving event strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and achieving record attendance growth. With a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership from Framingham State University and a Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University, Molly combines expertise in event management with a strong educational background.
