Since January 2021, Lina has served as the Customer Service Manager at TSC Life, overseeing order entry to invoicing for a team of nine customer service agents and managing a diverse international customer base. Prior to this role, Lina held positions at The Surgical Company B.V. as Customer Care Manager and Customer Care Assistant, focusing on the Dutch and German markets while specializing in patient temperature management and bronchoscopy devices. Earlier experience includes a role as Customer Service Representative at ENERVIE - Südwestfalen Energie und Wasser AG, where Lina provided face-to-face customer service regarding utility contracts. Lina's foundational training in business management was complemented by hands-on experience in customer service.
