William Duong

William Duong currently serves as a Senior Data Analyst at The Surplus Line Association of California, beginning in April 2018. Prior experience includes a role as a Tutor at OCJCC from December 2015 to June 2019, providing individualized support to students. William also worked as a Freelance Photographer, delivering services to educational and environmental clients from May 2013 to October 2015, ensuring client satisfaction through timely photo delivery. Additional experience includes a Teacher's Assistant position at Oakland High School in early 2015, where support was provided to both teachers and students. Prior volunteer experience as a Student Advisor at Oakland High School involved counseling students on academic planning and college admissions. William holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of California, Davis, obtained in 2015.
