Erika Schlichter

Erika Schlichter, Ed.D, currently serves as Business Development Manager at The Suter Company Inc. since July 2022. Previously, Erika held the position of Assistant Superintendent for Learning and Innovation/Chief Academic Officer at Huntley Community School District #158 from July 2014 to July 2022. Prior roles include Director of Educational Services at Kaneland School District 302, Assistant Principal for Student Services at Sycamore CUSD 427, and History Teacher at Sycamore CUSD 427 School District. Erika holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, as well as two Master of Education degrees in Education Administration and Curriculum and Instruction, all from Northern Illinois University. Erika also earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
