Ellen Kovach

Ellen Kovach is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in the industry. Since February 2007, Ellen has served as Senior Property Manager at The Swig Company, focusing on the management operations of 180 Montgomery Street and 115 Sansome Street. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic goals, repositioning properties to enhance community recognition and leasing activities, managing leasing brokers, and overseeing property renovations to improve value and operational efficiencies.
