Kairee Tann

Kairee Tann serves as the SVP, Director of Innovation and Community Impact at The Swig Company, where responsibilities include overseeing policies and programs in Sustainability, Innovation, and Community Impact, along with participating in asset acquisitions and project development. Previous roles include Vice President of Innovation and Asset Management, Vice President of Asset Management and Project Director, and Senior Project Manager at Austin Webcor Joint Venture. Kairee also held positions as Procurement Manager and Senior Project Manager at WEBCOR Builders and as Sr. Project Engineer and Project Controls Engineer at Turner Construction Company and Turner International, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
