Robert Rudinski

Robert Rudinski, MBA has a solid background in human resources management, with extensive experience in various leadership roles.

Robert began their career at The Home Depot in 1994, where they served as a District Human Resources Manager for seven years. During this time, they were responsible for administering human resource policies and procedures, providing counseling to managers, and conducting investigations when needed.

In 2001, Rudinski was promoted to the role of Regional Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot, where they oversaw logistics and import distribution centers. Robert played a key role in coordinating job postings, resolving employee relations or legal issues, and implementing professional development and incentive programs.

In 2005, Rudinski joined Target Corporation as a Human Resources Manager. Over the next seven years, they managed various locations and focused on talent management, ensuring top-quality guest service, and improving the performance of hourly team members and salaried management.

Most recently, Rudinski worked at The SYGMA Network as a Human Resources Business Partner and was later promoted to the role of Regional Director, Human Resources for the South Region in 2022. In this role, they collaborated with management to facilitate changes and worked towards company goals through creative solutions. Robert also served as a change champion, analyzing findings, reviewing trends, and recommending actions for positive organizational changes.

Finally, they completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) specializing in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Kaplan University between 2007 and 2009.
