Tiffany Reyes

Tiffany Reyes has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Tiffany is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Sourcing at The SYGMA Network since May 2022. Previously, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. from January 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they worked as a Global Talent Acquisition/Sourcing Manager at Cyient from January 2019 to January 2021. Tiffany also gained experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter within the State of Connecticut Office of the Commissioners office directly within the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services from May 2018 to January 2019. Their early career involved working for United Technologies, where they held various roles of responsibility from July 2013 to May 2018, including supporting senior leaders, managing contract labor processes, and emphasizing the importance of processes, data, and community work.

Tiffany Reyes has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Hartford, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in GIS Mapping from the University of Connecticut, acquired from 2012 to 2013. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Bay Path University, completed from 2008 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Tiffany has obtained the CXR Meeting Certification in People Analytics in 2021 from CareerXroads and completed the Unconscious Bias certification from LinkedIn in the same year. Tiffany also obtained the CXR Meeting Certification in Women In Talent in 2020 from CareerXroads.
