The Syndicate
Brianna Monserrate is a co-founder and team lead at Playground NYC since December 2019, where responsibilities include forming an event collective for electronic music events, team building, fostering partnerships with artists and venues, and managing event logistics. Additionally, Brianna serves as a brand ambassador for The Syndicate since January 2018, promoting events and enhancing brand image. Previous experience includes roles as a senior patient care coordinator at Weill Cornell Medicine, server positions at Cafe Wha? and Club Groove NYC, EMT at Empress EMS, event crew at Downeast Cider House, and internships at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Basic Medical Sciences from New York Medical College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
