Christina Roller is an experienced professional in quality management and leadership, currently serving as Senior Supplier Quality Manager at The Synergy Company™ since September 2022. Previously, Christina Roller held multiple roles at Rodan + Fields, contributing as Life Changer and CEO, recognized as part of the top one percent of business builders while recruiting and empowering entrepreneurs. Christina Roller also gained substantial experience at Tillamook County Creamery Association from 2009 to 2015 in various quality-focused positions and began a career at WaferTech with roles that included Supplier Quality Engineer. Christina Roller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Trinity Western University, obtained from 1993 to 1997.
