Zacharia Levine has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Zacharia began their career in 2008 as the Co-founder and Director of Njira Ya Tsogolo, a community-based organization where they directed fundraising efforts and provided consulting on appropriate technology projects. From 2011 to 2014, Zacharia worked as the Research and Development Coordinator at the Ecological Planning Center, University of Utah, where they co-founded an interdisciplinary research center and contributed to original scholarship in ecological planning. Zacharia then served as the Community Development Director at Grand County, UT from 2015 to 2017, overseeing planning, engineering, and economic development. In 2018, their role expanded to include economic development, and they became the Community and Economic Development Director at Grand County. Zacharia joined The Synergy Company™ in 2020, initially as the Director of Corporate Development and Social Responsibility, and later transitioning to the role of Director of People & Sustainability in September 2021.
