Kosmas Subashi

Kosmas Subashi is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience in various capacities. Currently serving as Production Manager at BITE Drink since June 2021, Kosmas previously held roles such as Sous Chef at The Fat Greek and Deligreco, and Head Chef at ElmoCity and Drunk Sinatra. With a solid foundation starting from Hilton Athens as a Waiter/Bartender and progressing through various kitchen positions, Kosmas has developed a comprehensive skill set in food production and management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Integrated Food Studies from Københavns Universitet and a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from University of West Attica, supplemented with elective courses from University of Sydney.
