Charlie Hays

Charlie Hays has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as an Estimator at The Systems Group since October 2020. Prior to this role, Charlie worked as an Accountant at Baldwin & Shell Construction Company from April 2017 to September 2020 and at C.R. Crawford Construction from February 2015 to March 2017. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas (2013 - 2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from the same university (2009 - 2013).
