Lindsey Mease has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lindsey started their career in 2012 as a Staffing Consultant at Express Employment Professionals, where they were responsible for recruiting and placing candidates. In 2013, they worked as a Staffing Coordinator at Medical Staffing Network, where they interviewed and scheduled healthcare professionals.

In 2017, Lindsey joined EXL as a Corporate Recruiter, where they demonstrated expertise in sourcing and interviewing candidates for VP-level positions. Lindsey also managed hiring manager and candidate expectations and built a pipeline of future candidates.
