Britt Hayes

Britt Hayes is an accomplished executive in the recruitment and creative services fields, currently serving as the Founder and Head of Executive Recruitment at BTC Talent since August 2020, as well as the CEO for North America at The Talent Business since June 2022. Prior experience includes notable roles such as Chief People Officer for North America at DDB from May 2017 to May 2020, and Executive Director of Creative Management at Grey Group from May 2016 to May 2017. Britt previously held positions at JWT as Head of Creative Talent Worldwide and Director of Creative Management, and spent over a decade at McCann Erickson and T.A.G. SF, ultimately becoming SVP, Director of Creative Services.
