Cecile Beaufils is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in marketing and executive search, currently serving as the European Head of Business & Marketing at The Talent Business since January 2012. This organization specializes in de-risking business-critical hires for clients to drive transformation in innovative and creative sectors. As a Co-Founder of The Spirit of One, established in January 2018, Cecile has contributed to creating a distinctive ethical spirits brand that donates a portion of profits to humanitarian water programs.
