Neelshekhar Purandare is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head HRBP - Non Tech and Director - HR at Meesho since December 2021, overseeing HR for various business teams and corporate functions. Prior to this, Neelshekhar held multiple leadership roles at Amazon from September 2017 to December 2021, including Head of Workforce Staffing for Singapore Operations and HR PMO Lead for India Operations, focusing on significant HR initiatives for a large workforce. Neelshekhar's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager - HR at LODHA Group, managing HR for sales teams across multiple countries, and as a Senior Software Engineering Analyst at Accenture. Neelshekhar holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology. Additionally, Neelshekhar is a community member at The Talent Deck since November 2023.
