Paramjeet Singh is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the tech recruitment sector. Currently serving as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at PhonePe since May 2019, Paramjeet focuses on building a team to enhance India's digital payments landscape through strategic partnerships within the banking and financial services industries. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at RentoMojo, where monitoring hiring activities and leading tech recruitment were key responsibilities, and Talent Scout at Runnr, where aggressive hiring across various roles was conducted. Earlier experience includes consulting for tech roles at Wenger & Watson Inc and serving as an onsite recruiter for Ola. Paramjeet holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering.
