Ridge Miranda

Ridge Miranda is an experienced sourcing specialist currently working at Rippling, where responsibilities include GTM and business recruitment. Ridge has been actively involved as a community member at The Talent Deck since August 2022, contributing to pro bono consulting and mentorship programs. Previously, at CRED, Ridge led talent strategy and recruitment efforts for the Risk Analytics and Design team, while also executing talent pipelines and market research. Additional experience includes contract recruitment roles at CoinSwitch Kuber, talent acquisition at PlaySimple Games, and an HR internship at Banswara Syntex Ltd. Ridge began a career in education as an educator at Laxmi International School. Ridge holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Christ University, along with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, and History from St. Andrew's College.
