Tanvi Lal is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at BukuWarung, an Indonesian fintech startup, where leadership is provided to HR operations, strategy, and talent acquisition for over 200 employees in India and Southeast Asia. As a Community Member of The Talent Deck, Tanvi contributes to the global community of talent professionals through pro-bono consulting and mentorship programs. Previous roles include Senior HR Specialist at Zynga, where automation efforts significantly reduced onboarding time, and HR Manager at Villgro, working closely with the leadership on key HR initiatives. Tanvi began a career in HR with internships and roles at Babajob.com and United Breweries Ltd., focused on employee development and HR analytics. Academic qualifications include a PGDM in HR from the Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
