Vikash Arora

Vikash Arora is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner Leader at Micron Technology since December 2018, focusing on people strategy and initiatives for Product and Engineering teams in India. Vikash is also a Community Member at The Talent Deck, a volunteer-led initiative that supports talent and culture development in the startup ecosystem. Previously, Vikash held the position of HR Head for India at Maxim Integrated, where responsibilities included driving people strategy and change management initiatives.
