Luana Libera

Luana Libera is a Digital Innovator at The Talent Institute, specializing in the strategic development of innovative products and services through experimentation. Previous experiences include roles such as Market Researcher, User Researcher, and Product Innovation Consultant at Nestlé Purina PetCare Europe, where Luana focused on optimizing marketing strategies and validating customer needs. Additional roles encompass mentoring and coaching startups through accelerator programs and incubators, such as the Unleashed by Purina and Dare to Lead Society, as well as leadership positions at Enactus and the I DO Project. Luana holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
