Nitika Kataria

Nitika Kataria is a seasoned human resources professional with significant experience in leadership roles. As the Founder of The Talent Keepers since May 2020, Nitika has been instrumental in shaping talent management strategies. Additionally, Nitika serves as a Proud Member of Pink & Blue- A Symbiotic Living starting March 2024. Previously, Nitika held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at LandCraft Developers Pvt. Ltd. from July 2012 to May 2019 and began the career as an HR Executive at Maple Consultants from March 2011 to July 2012. Nitika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from IILM, Greater Noida, and has completed studies at XLRI Jamshedpur and Ingraham Institute.
