Tiffany Gonzales

Tiffany Gonzales has a diverse range of work experience in the field of behavior analysis and special education. Tiffany started their career in 2011 as a Behavioral Therapist at Pacific Child & Family Associates, where they provided applied behavior analytic services to clients with autism and related disabilities. Tiffany then worked as a Lead Behavior Interventionist at Behavior Sciences Institute - Behavior Intervention Services, where they provided behavioral intervention services and assisted with conducting functional behavior assessments. In 2012, they joined Fresno State Autism Center as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, managing client programming and providing training and supervision to graduate students. Tiffany also worked as a Lead Behavior Interventionist at the center.

In 2016, Tiffany became a Resource Specialist at Selma Unified School District, developing individualized educational programs and collaborating with teachers and parents. Tiffany then served as a Behavior Analytic Consultant at Easter Seals Central California, where they developed materials and established ABA services. In 2018, they became a Special Education Teacher at Kepler Neighborhood School, implementing individualized educational programs for students.

In 2019, Tiffany worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Positive Behavior Supports Corp., managing client programming and supervision. Tiffany joined Leaps and Bounds Therapy Services in 2020 as a Clinic Director. Currently, they hold the position of Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at THE TALK TEAM & TALK ABA.

Tiffany Gonzales holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Fresno, which they earned from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Saint Mary's College of California from 2008 to 2011. Tiffany also attended Loyola Marymount University from 2006 to 2007, specializing in Psychology. In addition to their educational background, Tiffany has obtained certifications as a Licensed Behavior Analyst from the State of Michigan in November 2020 and as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in May 2015.
