Simon Prager is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and commercial management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at The Tank Museum since December 2019, Simon is responsible for the development of the Hybrid Museum Model and enhancing the visitor experience. Notably, Simon undertook the role of Interim Director for a two-month period. Previous roles include Central Operations & Projects Manager at Mole Avon Country Stores, where leadership of major projects was a key responsibility, and various managerial positions at BHS, culminating in the transformation of multiple stores and the implementation of operational improvements. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology from Bournemouth University.

The Tank Museum
The Tank Museum, Bovington, UK, holds the finest and most historically significant collection of fighting armour in the world. Unrivalled in scope and depth, the Museum cares for 300 vehicles from 26 nations. These range from `Little Willie`, the world’s first tank, through to the British Army’s current Main Battle Tank, Challenger 2. The Tank Museum holds it annual TANKFEST event, on the last weekend in June. This incredible spectacular is the world’s best display of moving armour.
