Sangeeta Sabharwal

Sangeeta Sabharwal is the COO at The Taplow Group. Sangeeta has held this position since May 2014. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner- India & Regional Director- APAC at The Taplow Group from May 2014 to November 2019.

Before joining The Taplow Group, Ms. Sabharwal was a Senior Partner at Transearch India from May 2008 to April 2014, where they focused on talent acquisition at leadership levels. Prior to that, they were the Group CEO at Kochhar & Company from May 2007 to April 2008. There, they oversaw the law firm, an LPO, a business consulting company, an executive search entity and a JV with Pinkerton.

Before Kochhar & Company, Ms. Sabharwal was the Managing Partner at Confiar Global from May 2007 to April 2008. Sangeeta started the company in the Executive Search domain. Prior to that, they were the CEO at Ma Foi Global Search from April 1996 to May 2007.

Sangeeta Sabharwal has a Bachelor of Education from Annamalai University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, and an Honors degree in Economics from Lady Sriram College, Delhi University. Sangeeta has also completed the ISC level examination in Science & Maths from Carmel Convent School.
