Andrea Sidor's main responsibilities focus on managing Taunton’s contracts, intellectual property, compliance with industry regulations, and legal disputes. She oversees the contract process to minimize risk for the company, protect editorial content, track advertiser and vendor relationships, monitor corporate obligations, and keep our insurance coverage up-to-date. To safeguard our intellectual property, she registers and maintains Taunton’s copyrights and trademarks and advises on usage rights for the material they publish and license. Consulting with attorneys specializing in media, advertising, and consumer marketing, she evaluates company practices and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Should legal disputes arise, she coordinates with outside counsel for representation.
