Neil Pohl

Neil Pohl has extensive experience in manufacturing and customer service roles. Currently serving as Lead Manufacturing Engineering Technician at Taylor Company since September 2009, Neil has also held the positions of Manufacturing Engineering Technician and ACE Pilot for Continuous Improvement, focusing on optimizing departmental operations. Previously, Neil worked as a Spotwelder, utilizing blueprints to assemble materials. Prior to joining Taylor Company, Neil was a Pro Shop Assistant at Glen Erin Golf Club from May 2005 to September 2009, where responsibilities included managing transactions and assisting with inventory. Neil holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Upper Iowa University, completed in March 2022, and also attended Blackhawk Technical College in 2012.
