Gemma Bromfield (ACIPD) is an experienced HR professional and podcast host with a diverse background in human resources and customer service. Currently serving as the Podcast Co-Host at Voice of the Divergent since October 2024, Gemma is engaged in discussions surrounding neurodivergence. As Managing Director and HR Consultant at Go Beyond HR Consultancy Ltd since January 2022, and as a Resolution Consultant for The TCM Group since June 2022, Gemma provides expert mediation and workplace conflict resolution services.
