The Teaching Well
Marisol Pineda Conde serves as the Deputy Director and Director of Operations and Development at The Teaching Well since July 2021. Previously, Marisol held several leadership positions at Camino Nuevo Charter Academy, including Principal and Assistant Principal, and served as the School Programs Coordinator and Teacher specializing in United States History and Advanced Placement Government. Responsibilities included leading curriculum development, managing inquiry cycles in the History Department, and chairing the WASC Committee. Additionally, Marisol was a Fellow at Teach+, an Education Consultant for the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library Foundation, and a Corp Member at Teach For America. Educational qualifications include an AB in Government from Harvard University, an MA in Urban Education from Loyola Marymount University, and a Master's degree in Charter School Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
