Olivia Lara-Gresty is a seasoned professional in education and partnerships, currently serving as Partnerships Lead at Magic EdTech since January 2023, where strategic partnerships are established across K–12 and edtech organizations to drive digital transformation and innovation. Concurrently, Olivia is a Lead Instructor at The TEAK Fellowship, fostering a community for talented low-income learners, while previously facilitating business competitions for SuitUp to empower underserved students through mentorship. With a strong foundation in science education, Olivia has held various teaching roles including at KIPP AMP Academy and Success Academy Charter Schools, where data-driven strategies and student engagement were prioritized. Olivia's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology & Sustainability from the University of Virginia and a Certificate in Business Fundamentals from the McIntire Business Institute.

The TEAK Fellowship believes that motivation and potential, not economic circumstances, should determine a student’s future. TEAK unlocks access to outstanding education and transformative experiences for exceptional NYC students, who use these opportunities to change their lives and the world around them. TEAK is a free program that helps talented students from low-income families achieve their potential. Through intensive after school and summer classes, TEAK prepares middle school students to get into the nation’s most selective high schools and colleges. TEAK’s strong support system ensures that students thrive in their independent (day and boarding) high schools and graduate from college, ready to pursue their professional goals and positively impact the world.
