Maria Tzompa

Maria Tzompa is the owner of Felicity Events LLC since January 2023 and serves as the Finance Planning Analysis Manager at The TEAM Companies, Inc. since January 2016, with a promotion from Financial Administrator to Financial Analyst - FP&A. Maria has extensive experience in financial management, including preparing annual budgets, managing client accounts, and improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency. Previous roles include Financial Administrator at The TEAM Companies, where responsibilities involved invoicing, account management, and detailed financial reporting. Additionally, Maria held various positions within TEAM and worked as an actor and educator with the Idaho Shakespeare Festival, emphasizing project management and educational outreach.
