Warisha Khan

Warisha Khan is a highly experienced professional with a career spanning a decade. In 2021, they began working as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Business Services - Saudi Arabia at The Team Freelance, a U.S based company that creates web and mobile apps for customers from startups to big businesses. In 2020, they were a Finance Manager at NEXT LEVEL INTERNATIONAL, where they were responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, reviewing VAT and filing returns, maintaining creditor and debtors accounts, and assisting the team in preparing monthly MIS. In 2017, they were a Senior Accountant at Nestlé, where they were responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, handling VAT and filing returns, and handling internal audit in annual basis. In 2014, they were an Assistant Manager Finance at Nesma United Industries, where they provided overall financial cost accounting support, managed cash, bank and payable and receivable clients, and provided support to the CFO and Head of Accounts in managing operations against budget and strategic goals. In 2013, they were a Remote Financial Accountant at DVRunlimited Inc, where they dealt with general accounting and billing management, handled all financial matters and webinars, reconciled bank statements with ledger accounts, handled bank accounts and initiated transactions to suppliers, made profit and loss statements in the year end, and handled monthly closing with higher management. In 2011, they started their career as an Account Receivable and Payable Officer and Internee Accountant at Dawlance Group of Companies, where they were responsible for full charge processing of all accounts receivable and payable, managing all petty cash and office supply expense accounts, and reconciling bank balances and recording general ledger entries.

Warisha Khan began their educational journey in 2010 when they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Sindh. Warisha then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from the same university from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they obtained an Advanced Excel certification from Aptech Computer Education Pakistan. Warisha completed their education in 2016 when they earned their Master's Degree in Banking and Finance from Virtual University of Pakistan.
