Rachel Chalmers

Rachel Chalmers is a seasoned venture capital professional and co-founder at Generationship since May 2023, serving as a venture partner at The Tech Bros, providing strategic and technical guidance to all-female founding teams. Chalmers has been a part-time partner at Alchemist Accelerator since May 2018, overseeing application reviews and coaching founders, while also investing in AI companies led by underrepresented minorities. Previous roles include leading the corporate practice at AlchemistX to profitability, and serving as a partner at Heavybit. Chalmers has a history of supporting women in deep tech through investments and advisory roles, including at Merian Ventures and Honeycomb.io. As a former VP of Research at The 451 Group, Chalmers established an influential infrastructure practice. Educational credentials include an MPhil from Trinity College Dublin and a BA from the University of Sydney.
