Paul Batty is an accomplished professional in the field of technical talent acquisition, currently serving as the Founder of The Tech Talent Co. since June 2023, specializing in providing senior technical talent to leading technology companies. Prior experience includes significant roles at Meta as the Technical Talent Acquisition Lead from November 2019 to June 2023, and at TEKsystems as a Senior Consultant from November 2013 to November 2019, where the focus was on delivering specialized recruitment services.
