Prior experience includes significant roles at Meta as the Technical Talent Acquisition Lead from November 2019 to June 2023, and at TEKsystems as a Senior Consultant from November 2013 to November 2019, where the focus was on delivering specialized recruitment services. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham, obtained between 2009 and 2012, and attended The Highfield School from 2002 to 2009.
