Aaron Hydrick

Aaron Hydrick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Product Owner at The Tech7 Company, Aaron leads the Modeling and Simulation Division within the DRAGON Army / Joint Commercial Operations. Previously, Aaron founded Transformative Leadership Development, providing leadership development and executive coaching. Aaron's engineering career includes roles as an Engineering Manager at Prysmian Group, Corporate Development Engineer and Production Manager at Zeus, and Assistant Manager of Manufacturing at RdF Corporation. Additionally, Aaron has a background in Six Sigma initiatives at NextEra Energy Resources and significant experience as a Research Assistant at North Carolina State University and Alfred University. Aaron holds advanced degrees in Materials Science & Engineering and dual Bachelor's degrees in Ceramic Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Alfred University, complemented by military service as a nuclear reactor operator in the US Navy.
