Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at The Tech7 Company, David previously held critical roles at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) as Deputy Director, where responsibilities included managing a diverse team and coordinating national space defense initiatives. David's military background includes significant positions in the United States Air Force, such as Chief of Safety and Chief, Standardization & Evaluation, overseeing large teams and substantial budgets for space operations. David holds an MBA in Project Management from Capella University and a BA in Sociology from UMass Boston, complemented by specialized training at the National Security Space Institute.
