Kris (he, him, his) M.

Kris M. has extensive experience in the technology field, starting with their role as a Technology Support Specialist at First Health of the Carolinas from 2002 to 2005. Kris (he, him, his) then went on to work as a VP-IT Network Systems Administrator at Square 1 Bank from 2006 to 2009, where they designed and managed VM Ware environments. After that, they worked at Credit Suisse as a Windows Systems Admin/ESX Admin, providing Tier 2 support for Windows and VMware from 2009 to 2011.

Kris then joined Cenduit India Services Pvt Ltd. as a Network Administrator from 2011 to 2013, where they managed MPLS WAN globally and administered various hardware and software solutions. Kris (he, him, his) continued their career at Green Shoot Group as a Solutions Engineer for a brief period from 2013 to 2014.

In 2014, Kris worked as a Sr. Systems Administrator at Dude Solutions, where they managed and administered the network infrastructure and ensured uptime across various environments. Kris (he, him, his) also worked on several projects, including Dell Sonicwall firewall replacement and Fusion IO server replacements.

From 2015 to 2016, Kris worked as a Network Engineer at FDH - Engineering Innovation, providing design and support services for Windows Active Directory and Office 365 network environments.

In 2016, Kris worked as a freelance Network/Systems/Consulting Engineer, performing structured cable work, troubleshooting, and deploying VOIP for a local church.

Kris then joined celito.net in 2017 as a Sr. Systems Administrator, where they provided high-caliber engineering, consulting, and support services.

Currently, Kris is working at The Tek as the Director of Technology, a position they took up in 2022. Kris (he, him, his) oversees day-to-day support for all client-related tickets and continues their responsibilities as a Senior Engineer of Technology, resolving escalated client issues and providing top-tier engineering and consulting services.

Kris M. completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Network Administration and Support from Central Carolina Community College between 1999 and 2002. In 2013, they attended a VM Ware class to pursue a specialization in VM Ware Horizon View. Kris (he, him, his) also obtained certifications such as Sophos Certified Engineer and Sophos Certified Sales Consultant from Sophos in December 2021. Kris obtained the ITIL Foundation Level v3 certification from ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level in December 2010. Additionally, they became a Cisco certified academic instructor and attained the CompTIA A+ certification in June 2002 from Cisco Networking Academy and CompTIA, respectively. Lastly, Kris obtained the Datto Certified Deployment Specialist certification from Datto, Inc. in December 2020.
